U. Srinivas
Uppalapu Srinivas (28 February 1969 – 19 September 2014) was a virtuoso Indian mandolin maestro and composer belonging to the classical Carnatic musical tradition of Southern India. Shrinivas was born in Palakol in West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh. As a very young boy Shrinivas was a normal child in school except that he seemed to have an ear for music.
