The Peasants

There are at least two bands called The Peasants. 1. The Peasants were an alt-pop group based in Nelson, New Zealand. The band gained acclaim and Kiwi music success as winners of the 2011 National Smokefree Rock Quest. Formerly known as the 2010 second place-getters Peasants of Eden, The Peasants offer a dynamic on stage performance displaying their youthful energy while performing a tight and mature sound true to their sense of musicality.
