The Mitcheners

The Mitcheners were a Dublin four piece who disbanded 2 weeks after the release of their debut album New Wapping Street in February 2002 to some critical (but no commercial) acclaim. They released three singles. The first, 'Honolulu' received widespread airplay at home and, on the back of a video shot while on a short tour of the US, crept into the top ten tunes of the year on MTV's Alternative Nation programme.
