The Harbingers

There have been at least two bands named "The Harbingers." 1) The Harbingers were a folk band formed in Iowa by Sigrid and Gary Jones in the 1960s which signed to Capitol Records in 1966. 2) The Harbingers were an R.E.M.-influenced high-school band in Little Rock, Arkansas. They recorded six tracks around 1990 or 1991 at Crystal Studios in Bryant, Arkansas. Ben Nichols went on to play in Victory Garden, Lucky Old Sun, Red 40, and Lucero. Members: Read more on Last.fm
