Steve Peters

Steve Peters (b. 1959 in San Rafael, California, USA) makes music and sound using environmental field recordings, acoustic instruments, electronics, amplified natural/found objects, voice, and spoken text. He has made work for dance, theater, radio, film/video, recordings, concerts, galleries/museums, and public places. Since the late 1990s his main focus has been on site-specific sound installations.
