Pretty Mary Sunshine was formed in Seattle in March of 1993. PMS began when Patrice Tullai answered an add that Kurt Elzner put in the Rocket for a smooth sounding vocalist. Kurt was working and living at the infamous "electric eel" at the time (the electric eel was an underground recording studio that recorded hundreds of bands). Kurt was fond of the drumming of Pam Barger (he called her Mo Tucker), and Patrice loved the worked of bassist Joe Skyward. Read more on Last.fm
