There are several artists called Mascara 1. A French heavy shoegaze band. 2. Post-rock/post-grunge band from Russia. Now they're known as Miami Scissors. 3. Mascara were another studio-only disco pop band with the music produced in Munich, Germany and vocals laid down in New Jersey, USA.
