The crown holder of Washington Heights, NYC - El-Fudge - is an emcee whose feats many have been unsuccessful to match. Born and raised in the uptown section of Manhattan, Elvin Rosario aka El-Fudge (obtaining his name from the famous Keebler cookie cartoon character) always had a passion for rhyming, but mainly just for fun.
