Dicta License

Dicta License was formed towards the end of the year 1999, with Pochoy Labog on vocals, Kelley Mangahas on bass, Boogie Romero on guitar/vocals, and Bryan Makasiar on drums. The original line-up that was brought together was basically a merge of two bands that were starting out during that time. Shirley Beans and Reaction 105 were bands that were already making a push to prove themselves in the music scene. However, certain things didn’t work out and the bands were broken up. From the remains of these two groups emerged Dicta License. Read more on Last.fm
