Ladies and gentlemen, introducing the fabulous Education. These are heartbroken local Texas boys who spew lament with buzzsaw guitars and raw ballads that define the very beginnings of staggering rock ’n’ roll. Think Iggy Pop without the flailing around or Donovan’s oh-so-pleasing voice soaked in three quarts of age-old whiskey.
