Veronika Povilioniene

Veronika Povilionienė known in English speaking countries as Veronika Povilioniene, is a traditionalist Lithuanian singer one of the country's most celebrated musicians and folk music historians. Born in 1946, she studied at Vilnius University, and is married to a former political prisoner Vidmantas Povilionis, with whom she has 3 children.
