Formed by Bob McLynn (bass/vocals) in February of 1997, THE STEP KINGS took shape when McLynn and bandmates Fern (guitar/vocals) and Mike Watt (drums) laid down tracks for their first-ever recording, the EP SEVEN EASY STEPS.
