The Heaters

The Heaters were a pop/new wave band formed by sisters Maggie & Missy Connell (keyboards & bass), along with singer Mercy Bermudez. They were based in L.A and managed to produce two albums before disbanding. Missy was the main creative force behind the band and wrote most of their material. The Heaters are also a garage rock/punk band from Salt Lake City, Utah. Danish pigtraad group who recorded a single in 1965 Walking Down The Street/ Just Can´t Go To Sleep as a prize for winning a contest called ""The danish Kinks". Read more on Last.fm
