Skyway 7

John Roberts is the man behind Skyway 7. While living in Sharon, Tennessee he created his debut full-length CD "Passerby" in 2004. His first noted popular success was a single on the compilation project "Dubplates From The Lamp 03" from Pork Recordings. His mellow down-to-mid-tempo electronica is combination of synth, guitar, along with drum loops and a few samples/ambient sounds. Vocals are also provided by Kim Roberts. His flavor of electronica could be described as as folksy electronica which is both serene and soulful. Read more on Last.fm
