Robie Lester was born March 23 1925 in Detroit Michigan and raised in northern Ontario Canada.She joined US army corps before attending UCLA with a major in music. In Hollywood she worked with Herb Alpert and Henri Mancini. Recorded for Liberty, Warner Bros and A & M Records. Sang demo for songwriters. One of the busiest voice overs for commercials in the 1960s.
