Pep Torres Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California where Pep was a member of the legendary "spook-a-billy" outfit Ghoul Brynner attracting such loyal fans as members of Toad the Wet Sprocket, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, and Dishwalla.
