The Beat Magazine Review: What a treat to listen to the self-titled release from Kwanzamo Roots Rockers (Actual Music). This South African five-piece-plus has put together a cd that is 100 percent feel from the skanking keyboards and highlife guitar to the heartfelt vocals and positive vibration that made ‘70s reggae the sound heard round the world. Recorded in one session in Kouga, South Africa with producer Bruce Benjamin on drums and sweetened at Wally Sound in Oakland by Chris Darrow from Kaleidoscope (one of my favorite bands!)
