There are at least three artists which have used the name City Boy: 1. A rock band from the United Kingdom 2. A rapper from the United States 3. A rapper from the Ghana 1. City Boy was a moderately successful British rock band in the late 1970s, characterised by complex vocal arrangements and heavy guitars.
