We don't know a lot about Bill Joy. He was a session singer involved in the American Song Poem scene - whereby for a small fee you could have your poem or lyrics set to music and cut onto disc. Bill's best known recording is ' How Long Are You Staying ' a disco-themed track that portrays a mind on the very edge of sanity.
