Bazeado (Brazilian for spliff) was formed by Brazilian soap opera star Pedro Martins in l999. Resident in Brighton, the five-piece ensemble take traditional rhythms like the Baiao, Samba and Batucada to create a dynamic vision of the future of Brazilian music. Hailing from Sao Paulo, singer, guitarist and percussionist, Pedro Martins started his musical career as a Som Livre artist.
