Arthur Yoria

A Chicago native and American-Colombian who moved to Houston TX at a young age, Yoria started playing guitar while attending the University of Houston after meeting a guy "who taught me how to play a couple of chords on the guitar" (Arthur Yoria's Myspace). Magnatune.com describes Yoria's style as having "the weight of a thousand break-ups, but somehow manages to soar effortlessly to a place where joy, goose bumps, and repeated listens are unavoidable."
