Kung Fu Girls

There is more than one artist of this name: 1) Kung Fu Girls was a punk/fuzz pop band from Oslo, Norway in the early to mid-90's. Their most noted release is This is the Kung Fu Beat (1995) on Sony subsidiary 1:11. Main man Andreas Grøtterud later went on to form Bonk. Kung Fu Girls played one reunion gig at the Oyafestival in Oslo August 2008. 2) The Kung Fu Girls are an influential Pop Rock band based out of Long Island, New York.
